Despite years of advocacy, change remains too slow. Women still face barriers in leadership, pay equity, education, and safety. It’s time to move beyond talk and drive real action.

This year’s theme challenges individuals, organizations, and institutions to act faster, smarter, and more inclusively to create a fairer world for all women.

Supporting a Worthy Cause: Proceeds will go to Maggie’s Cancer Centre, supporting cancer patients and families at St James’s Hospital, Leeds.
