Callum and Caren are a powerful mother and son duo on a mission to redefine how we understand and support neurodiversity.

Callum is the author of From The Dark Into The Light - How I came to see the Positive Side of Autism. He shares his transformational journey, which started with his struggles to accept his autism and ended with him seeing the positive side of being different. He encourages you to apply his realisations to your life to help you find self-acceptance and become the best version of yourself.

Suzanne Treen is a Legal Director with 14 years of experience advising on employment law, with a focus on discrimination. Despite the legal risks, many organisations still overlook neurodiversity. A 2024 CIPD report found that 21% of employees felt mistreatment negatively impacted their work, and 31% of neurodiverse employees hadn’t disclosed their condition at all. Suzanne helps employers understand their legal obligations, manage risks, and build more neuroinclusive workplaces.

Psychiatrist Positive Psychology – specialising in Neurodiversity

Dr. Rob Baskind is a psychiatrist with over 20 years of NHS experience, including leading mental health services and developing an adult ADHD service for 12 years. His personal journey through mental health challenges has deepened his commitment to helping others embrace vulnerability, build self-awareness, and lead values-driven, fulfilling lives.
